New recipe starring Morningstar Farms Product

I had a chance to try MorningStar Farms® veggie burgers, and they were great. I thought since I like the burgers so much I would try one of their recipes on their web site. After going through all their products I decided to try there chicken well Chik'n as they put it. They have so much to choose from, but I was put on a special diet and this recipe fits my needs and I thought you would enjoy it too.

Chik'n™ & Coconut Stir-Fry Recipe

With coconut milk for sweet and fiery crushed red pepper for spicy, this Thai-style stir-fry is a sense sensation.

1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

This was very yummy and my kids could not even tell that it was not real chicken. I think that we will be having Meatless Mondays in our house.
